You may leave the key at the 24-hour front desk or take it with you. Please note there is a 2,000 yen fee for lost keys.

Do you have yukata (Japanese robes)?

Yukata are not available, but nightwear is provided at the amenity bar on the first floor.

Our lobby on the first floor has an amenity bar with slippers, toothbrushes, and gowns available. Each room has face towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and deodorizing spray.

What kind of rental items do you have?

We offer irons, trouser presses, extension cords, blankets, mobile chargers, thermometers, and nail clippers for loan. Please ask at the front desk.

Is there a safe in the room?

We do not provide safes in rooms. Valuables can be stored at the front desk.

Do you have a coin laundry?

A laundry area is available on the 4th floor. Washing machines cost 300 yen per cycle, and dryers cost 100 yen per 30 minutes. Detergent is dispensed automatically.

What time is laundry service completed?

If laundry is received by 9:00 a.m., it will be returned the same evening. (Due to COVID-19, this service may be temporarily suspended.)

Are there vending machines for drinks?

Vending machines are located on floors 2 through 6. Soft drinks are on floors 2-6, alcoholic beverages on floors 2, 4, and 6, and an ice machine is on the 4th floor.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we offer a massage service through a partner massage company. Service is available from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. (Examples: 45 minutes for 4,500 yen, 60 minutes for 6,000 yen.) For details, please contact the front desk.

A breakfast buffet is available at the 1st-floor restaurant from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (last order at 9:30 a.m.). The price is 1,740 yen per person. Tickets can be purchased at the front desk.

Can I reserve a parking space?

We do not accept parking reservations. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the hotel parking is full, we will direct you to nearby coin-operated parking.

Are there any restrictions for the hotel parking lot?

For large vehicles such as buses and trucks, we will direct you to a nearby coin-operated parking facility.

Is there a charge for using the hotel parking lot?

For hotel guests, parking is 1,500 yen per night from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the next morning (100 yen per hour outside of these hours). Coin parking rates and hours may vary; please inquire at the front desk for details.

The hotel parking lot is available 24 hours.

Where can I use heated tobacco products?

We apologize, but at our hotel, heated tobacco products such as IQOS are treated the same as regular cigarettes. Therefore, they cannot be used in non-smoking areas or non-smoking rooms. A smoking area is available in the lobby.
