We offer a rich variety of side dishes to accompany the freshly cooked Koshihikari rice, including Kobe specialties like "bokkake" (sweet and spicy simmered beef tendon meat and konnyaku), "ikanago no kugini" (traditional Japanese dish made by simmering baby sand lance in a sweet and savory sauce.), and "chirimen sansho" (dried small fish seasoned with ground sansho pepper). You can also enjoy Kobe's soul foods such as "sobameshi" (fried soba noodles mixed with rice) and "Akashiyaki" (savory pancake) in a buffet-style setting.
