Our staff is available 24 hours, but for the safety of our guests, the main entrance is locked from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. If you plan to check in after 11:00 p.m., please contact us upon arrival using the direct staff phone line. Our lobby features an amenity bar on the first floor, where you may take items such as slippers, toothbrushes, and gowns. Please select your preferred amenities and bring them to your room. Yes, a partner massage service is available from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (Closed on Sundays and holidays). Examples: 40 minutes for 4,000 yen, 60 minutes for 5,000 yen. For details, please contact the front desk. If all staff are booked, the service may close earlier than the scheduled time.

Is there a charge for co-sleeping children?

Children of elementary school age or younger can stay for free when sharing a bed. Breakfast is also free for them, but bedding and linens are not provided.

Where to use heated cigarettes

We apologize, but heated tobacco products such as IQOS are treated the same as regular cigarettes at our hotel. Therefore, they cannot be used in non-smoking areas or non-smoking rooms. A smoking area is available in the 1st-floor lobby.
